Your iTunes link leads to the iOS application, and not OS X. It also looks like the the OS X version of Receiver is gone from the Mac Appstore.
Also, I think you write about the iOS application, and not the OS X application. OS X Receiver is at version 11.4.3, and iOS at 5.0.2

Sorry, not to nag, but it’s called Apple iOS, or just iOS. Not Mac iOS. OS X is often called Mac OS X.
